SEED SPROUTED TEA (SST)
SST: Welcome
I like to use barley during the veg phase and blue corn during bloom. Blue corn corn has cytokine and it induces the growth of shoot buds. You also get enzymes from the sprouted seeds that help break down nutrients in the soil, making them more plant available.

I use about 2 oz. (56 grams) to make a 5 gallon SST.
First, I soak my seeds 12-36 hours depending on the seeds I use. Then drain. Daily, I rinse with water to keep damp as they sprout. Once sprouted with 1/4" to 1/2" tails I throw them in a blender with a little non-chlorinated water and blend them. I add this to 5 gallons of non-chlorinated water. This is now your completed SST. You mix it at about 1 cup applied to 1 gallon of water or tea to feed to your plants.
